It is extremely crucial to know that the coaching evolution movement of self-research for self-development starts with the Hylozoic world view, the most relevant hypothesis of reality known to human beings, in which there are three basic and inseparable aspects of existence, reality, and life: Matter, consciousness, and motion/energy. This is the necessary condition of life in all connections.
The Hylozoic world view is an ancient natural philosophy
perspective that offers a unique understanding of reality, where all matter is
considered inherently alive and with potential consciousness. As a working
hypothesis, the hylozoic knowledge of reality is a comprehensive system that
transcends the traditional dichotomy of animate and inanimate.
At the heart of the Hylozoic world view is a tripartite reality consisting of matter, consciousness, and motion/energy. These three aspects are inseparable and exist in all things, including human beings.
In this worldview, reality is not just the observable universe but extends to a network of 49 interconnected and interpenetrating atomic worlds. While ascending these worlds, each higher world is characterized by a decreasing density of primordial atoms, or monads.
Monads are the fundamental building blocks of existence and are not just energetic physical entities but are also imbued with evolving potential, inactive, and activated consciousness in all 49 worlds. Human beings evolve with one-pointed purposiveness by developing self-consciousness, centered in ever ascending worlds, as individual monads.
The Hylozoic world view also encompasses the concept of evolution through six kingdoms within the solar system. This human evolution is not linear but involves the broad remodeling of man's triad envelopes (beings) over countless lifespans. As humans, we inhabit the lower part (solar system worlds 49-43) of this massive 49-world cosmic ascension, evolving worldly self-consciousness.
In essence, the Hylozoic world view presents a holistic interpretation of existence, where every fragment of the whole, including us humans, is part of an energetic, interconnected network of evolving consciousness. It's a worldview that sees reality not as a collection of separate entities but as a complex, interconnected network of evolving individuals (monads) to which we are integral.

As portrayed above, knowing, understanding, and having a
worldview is just the beginning; we exist, and yes, I get it. But what of life?
What are we doing during our existence? That is what we need to start calling
our life view. So there is a relationship, a worldview, and a life view
relation.
These definitions highlight the distinction between the objective, material understanding of the world (worldview) and the subjective, internal understanding of existing (life view) while also acknowledging their interdependent nature in forming a complete picture of reality and existence.
