III. Coaching Evolution:
The Hybrid Coach-Play Perspective

Several years ago, I officially received the title of Coach from the ABC (upgraded by the United States Bowling Congress). However, during this lifespan, I would say that I have evolved and am more than that now. With no title, however.

First, the life views of self-research for self-development process and the hybrid coach-play perspective are based on the Hylozoic world view, the most relevant hypothesis of reality known to human beings, in which there are three basic and inseparable aspects of existence, reality, and life: Matter, consciousness, and motion/energy, the necessary condition of life in all connections.

1. Lifespan Performance Life View

One of the tasks of the lifespan performance phase is to activate the requisite essential qualities of reaching mental-causal self-consciousness, of which you learn by monitoring the livelihood development phase (i.e., self-research for self-development).
Your life view is built on an unchanging world view of existence, reality, and life, in which there are three basic and inseparable aspects: Matter, consciousness, and motion/energy.

However, your lifespan performance life view is, as is life, ever-changing; this includes personal assumptions and intentions that change while you relate to others and interact with happenings around you. Unique perspective, yes, but unreliable through which to judge the world.

Also, we see that personal experiences, emotions, and mental development influence your performance activations. As things change, your life view adjusts to the social and ecological interactions. It's like a personal map. As you investigate your world, your life view may necessitate new iterations. As I said elsewhere, your life perspective evolves to form a self-initiated self-authorization. There are always new questions requiring further self-research for self-development to guide your decisions and relationships based on knowledge gained while developing self-consciousness in worlds ascended.


Necessary Movement for Coaching Evolution

With the introduction of the hybrid coach-play perspective and self-initiation of self-authorization, we can see that the individual manages the transition from ignoring worlds to working upon worlds. This livelihood developmental process is monitored by the psychology of lifespan performance and perceptual control utilizing questions concerning the four elements of a cohesive life view: (1) Individual (subjectivity), (2) Society (intersubjectivity), (3) Environment (objectivity), and (4) Performance (interobjectivity).

2. The Purposeful PIE Workout

Think of performance as the way one functions.

The purposeful PIE workout consists of life view questions that arise from your daily purposeful and responsible practice of lifespan performance and perceptual control to monitor your livelihood development. These lifespan performance life view questions work on the ongoing evolutionary energetic thrust for optimizing cosmic will to unity, which for human beings at the first level of development (most of us) would be referred to as the initiation of the personal-self-societal developmental procedure of working up to the mental-causal world self-consciousness.


Cultural Influence on Coaching Evolution

A significant part of the personal-self-societal developmental procedure requires a knowledgeable discussion of culture, which would have to involve all five human development stages: Barbarism (primitive), civilization, culture (developed), humanity, and ideality (enlightened). Unfortunately, neither societies nor humans currently have the necessary level of self-consciousness to understand or benefit from such a discussion.

But all human beings subconsciously know this fact. I’ll repeat it: All we need to do is stop ignoring and begin working upon worlds to understand the resolution to what the hell is wrong with this crazy, idiotic, and emotional world of ours. And that is the task of the coaching evolution movement.
